A grand 7,000-square-foot dining spot, Ce Soir Naples, will start serving guests at Bayfront in Naples, Florida, this November. The venue marks the first U.S. expansion for Canadian firm Aidan Hospitality.
The site fills the former Southern Style Kitchen & Raw Bar space near Goodlette-Frank Road and U.S. 41 East. "We took it down to the studs, concrete floors, and renovated the whole space," said George Gill, Aidan Hospitality partner and marketing director, according to Gulf Shore Business.
At its heart is a 24-seat U-shaped bar crafted from Cristallo stone, showcasing an array of 560 wine bottles. The space boasts a climate-controlled wine vault and a 14-foot raw bar. Between these features sits the main dining area, while 48 seats await outside with views of Naples Bay.
Executive Chef Alex Malinowski brings skills from The Ritz-Carlton and Cafe Boulud in Palm Beach. His menu features Snake River Farms Wagyu porterhouse, rich duck confit paired with bean cassoulet, and fresh snapper ceviche topped with passion fruit.
A special Josper grill imported from Spain will cook prime cuts and fresh catches. "That's going to bring out a lot of flavors that we're trying to go for — big, bold tastes for each dish," Gill said.
World Class Global Bartender of the Year 2023, Jacob Martin, crafts the drink list. His creations mix unusual flavors, like the Grilled Avocado Passionfruit Sour and Toasted Coconut Espresso Martini.
This new Bayfront location is the sister restaurant to Ce Soir Brasserie + Bar's in Oakville, Ontario. CEO John Pirathap chose Naples after his family moved to North Naples.
Doors open at 3 p.m. daily for dinner, with weekend brunch also on offer. DJs spin tracks Friday and Saturday until 2 a.m.
