Starting Nov. 3, diners can savor fresh catches at the rebuilt Bonita Fish Company, tucked beneath the Matanzas Pass Bridge in Fort Myers Beach.
The transformed space seats 300 guests across its indoor and outdoor areas. A central bar anchors the space, while daily live music sets the mood. Fresh-caught fish stars on the menu, straight from local waters.
After buying the site in early 2025, HM Restaurant Group, the team behind Doc Ford's and Dixie Fish Company, turned what was once Bonita Bill's into something new. They kept the name but changed almost everything else.
Plans call for a state-of-the-art floating dock next door. The marina will fit boats up to 90 feet, with power hookups and water lines ready for long-term stays. Big vessels can dock right at the restaurant's doorstep.
