Southwest Florida International Airport Reopens Remote Parking for Holiday Travel

Southwest Florida International Airport will open its remote parking lot on Monday, Nov. 24. The Lee County Port Authority charges a flat $60 fee through Sunday, Nov. 30.

The RSWRemote lot sits at 11861 Regional Lane in Fort Myers. It's on the north side of the airport grounds in the Skyplex area. Shuttles run between the lot and the terminal, which adds about 30 minutes to your trip.

You can't get a refund on the fee. It won't work at other airport parking spots either. Book through the RSWRemote Parking webpage.

Regular parking lots will fill up fast between Friday, Nov. 21, and Wednesday, Nov. 26. The airport wants travelers to plan ahead, so maybe get dropped off or take a cab, rideshare, or shuttle instead of driving.
