All Too Well Gourmet Sandwiches will open its fourth location at 765 5th Ave. S. in Naples during mid- to late-January.

The fast-casual eatery serves sandwiches made on schiacciata — a thinner, crispier cousin to focaccia. Inside seating accommodates 10 to 12 guests, while outdoor seating fits another eight to 10.

Menu offerings will feature shredded lamb, prosciutto, housemade pomegranate mustard seeds, and other Mediterranean-leaning flavors. Their signature creation is a twist on a Chicago Italian beef, reworked as a panini with shaved rib-eye dipped in au jus, pink garlic mayonnaise made with beet juice, sharp cheddar, and tabbouleh.

The Bombay Chouli ranks as another top seller across existing locations. It features turkey, prosciutto, arugula, burrata, fig jam, and a locally made Bombay chili crunch.

Aboujamra is Lebanese. He weaves in influences from his heritage throughout the menu. He also names sandwiches after people or references that hold meaning for him. Expect regional adjustments based on what Naples customers want.

"Evette's was named after my grandma, and All Too Well is paying homage to the male side of my family because they're all butchers," he said, according to Business Debut.

The chain has two locations in Chicago and one in Santa Monica. Naples marks the fourth shop for the privately owned company.

Hours run Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Final hours are still to be announced.

The space nears operational readiness. Final inspections will determine when doors actually open.
