Dollar Tree to Open Store on 1.9-Acre Site Near JetBlue Park in Fort Myers

A retail pad in south Fort Myers changed hands for $950,000. The 1.9-acre plot at 13480 Rickenbacker Parkway will become a Dollar Tree store. It sits west of JetBlue Park, off Daniels Parkway near Southwest Florida International Airport.

DPG Florida Shopping Centers LLC purchased the land from Daniels Parkway Real Estate Investment LP. The deal closed Dec. 22. Lee County property records confirm the sale.

Next door, a 7-Eleven is going up.

Dollar Tree runs more than 9,200 stores across the country. Most products sell for $2 or less.
